I have changed my eating habit greatly. I am transformed to a vegan diet that has allowed me to loose a lot of weight. I try to walk and I am doing beginners yoga.I am also living a more holistic lifestyle by not using medications and things that are not vegan.

My first Kemetic Yoga Session

I have been studying with Shetaut Neter for awhile now. We have not had a chance to do yoga during our study sessions because of the small space and the number of people in the group. This Sunday, we did the yoga session of the study and I was so excited about it. There are some positions I can't get into (lol), but I was in such a comfortable space and surrounded by non-judgemental kings and queens.
