My name is Keva Larthridge-Mack. I am a holistic health practitioner, spiritual development teacher and spiritual vocalist who uses Hatha Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, meditation, bellydance, natural self-care education and spirituality to assist individuals in creating healthier minds, bodies and spirits! Since 1999, I have helped individuals to lead healthier lives by teaching and providing my services at homes, businesses, conferences, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
