- Your body is your vehicle of expression on this planet, from the moment your are born until you ascend. How do you committ to maintaing a healthy vehicle to continue your journey?
- I fully commit in what food and liquids I consume to be whole and natural. I also commit in the way that I express myself through words and thoughts. Spiritual peace and living the highest level of LIFE is my goal, and my pledge to myself.
- About Me:
- I am 27 year old woman, real estate agent, and clothing designer. I have very stressful jobs, needless to say. I have been studying Kemet for one year strong now, however I have always felt that I needed to uncover something in my life. I soon found out that I needed to uncover me! I first started to study psychology of the mind, learning about thought process, brain functions, how light and color affect the brain. That lead me to body functions in association with the thought process, and so forth. However I studied this in the way of our ancestors, not of the western way, which in turn lead me back to myself. I started meditation about one week ago, and although (not sure why) I fall into trance easily, I want to study with Kemetic Yoga with an experienced sista ;) Hotep
