Your body is your vehicle of expression on this planet, from the moment your are born until you ascend. How do you committ to maintaing a healthy vehicle to continue your journey?

Well the more I practice the more consistent I become, as time goes on the results should bare better results.

About Me:

I am an Artist, and a quirky caring person, who looks forward to caring even more for myself as well as the people connected to this life. I can't wait til' Art is my only job, day or night! Just beginning to work on that. I am discovering after trying this and that and that over there, that I am falling in love with kundalini Yoga. A few years ago I stumbled across this tape that I picked up from the library, Chakra Yoga. I noticed results instantly after the first try, but it startled me, I felt so High! There was no one to talk to about if I should be feeling this way or that way, so I stepped way back. But this great Universe kept showing me signs that this was ok and I continued to learn more about it. Now I am rediscovering Kudalini Yoga again with new eyes and great optimism.
