About Me:: I have been conscious Mentally and Spiritually for quite some time now. I consider myself to be in the beginning stage of the transformation of bringing my body/health to where it should be. I know it will not happen overnight , but with the help and guidance and teachings of S.K.Y. I know I will get there. I am not sure about the course offerings at the S.H.A.P. Center. I received good vibrations from the folks there when I visited 3 months ago.

If they don't have them, perhaps they would be open to starting something. There was a sister that worked at the main library at the HBCU right up the street, who knows Medu Netcher, and could be a good resource in tapping into that community.

Although I am in Los Angeles, my Moorish American father lives in Houston TX., and often attends elder gatherings at the Shape Center.

If you visit Los Angeles, please check out Lotus on the Nile Wellness Center. This is one of our community centers for Yoga, Accupunture, and Kemetic Culture. Another is KRST Unity Center.
